At ASTRAK CANADA LTD /Xtreme Wear Parts we stand 100% behind our products, however if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just email us you would like to return the unused product within 14 days of receipt, and you’ll get a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.

Return provisions:

• Are purchased directly from Xtreme Wear Parts 
  
• Have no payment balance outstanding
  
• Have been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA)
• Returns of used items are not accepted
  
• Have notified us less than 14 days since the receipt date by filling out our on-line product return form. 

• Directly to the registered customer who purchased the product
  
• In the same form as the original payment was received. eg. Credit Card
  
• Within 15 days of the product being returned to the location specified by Xtreme Wear Parts  upon issuance of the RMA
  
• All products must be returned to Xtreme Wear Parts at purchaser’s expense  including any freight or customs duty fee's if applicable
• If the order was originally shipped with FREE SHIPPING terms, the actual shipping costs for the order will be charged back to the customer.
• The cost of the return shipping will be charged back to the customer.
• The 20% import fee on United States orders for import costs such as duties & custom clearance fees associated with the original order total value will be calculated and back charged to the return shipment. 
• A 5% credit card re-processing fee of the total value will be charged back to the return costs if a credit card was used for the original transaction.
